February is still pretty cold in Berlin and I have been feeling eating something warm to begin my day with.
So here you have the recipe for Korean Red Bean Porridge (in Korean 팥죽).
Ingredients for 1 portion (maybe 1 and half, although it was 1 portion for me):
Cooked Red Bean 1 cup, cooked sticky black rice(or any type of sticky rice) half cup, a little bit of salt, half cup water
1. Mix all the ingredients and salt to taste
2. Warm the soup
3. Decorate with some nuts of your choice and serve!
