This recipe is a copycat of the avocado cream pasta recipe from Oh She Glows, a famous vegan recipe & life style blog with lot’s of beautiful pictures and interesting information.
To boost protein of the pasta plate, I added 100gram of soft tofu to the original recipe.
Ingredients for 1 portion :
1/2 avocado, 1 clove garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, 100gr soft tofu, salt and pepper to taste
Fusilli o any pasta of your choice
1. Cook the pasta
2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture gets creamy texture
2. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve!
