Week 6 Tuesday Chickpea Black Rice Burger

It’s been a while since I wrote my last post.

Officially I’m done with the seminars in this semester…I should probably feel more relieved but due to the moving to Mexico, I got lot’s of stuff to do. Yesterday I made some adds to sell my furniture and hopefully I can get rid of all the stuff that I have at my apartment.

Also I got a 10L white paint , this is going to be my first experience to paint the walls in my life!

On last tuesday, I made around 8 chickpea black rice burger patties and now I have none.
I would say that it was pretty good to be my first try.

Ingredients: 2 and 1/2 cups of cooked chickpea, 1 cup of cooked black sticky rice(or any other type of rice that you have at home), 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped red bell pepper, 1 shredded carrot, 1TSP of bread crumb, 1Flax egg(1TSP of ground flaxseed plus 2TSPs of warm water), 2tsp of cumin powder, 2tsp of red chili powder, salt and pepper to taste

I made a spicy tomato sauce for the burger and fennel pear salad.
