Week 6 Wednesday Spinach Kale Cream Pasta

This is what I made for the last wednesday.

I had frozen spinach and kale in the freezer and some soy cream yet. Since I didn’t have that much time due to my presentation on thursday, I opted for something easy.

Here you have quick spinach kale cream pasta.

Ingredients for huge two portions: around 250gr of frozen and thawed spinach and kale (or fresh one), 1/2 chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, 6TSPs soy cream, 2 big mushrooms, 3TSPs unsweetened soy milk, pasta of your choice, salt and pepper to taste
